I found this picture of Mark Bittman's kitchen in his NYC apartment. If you don't know Mark Bittman he writes a food column for the New York Times and has written several cookbooks and has hosted TV series.
And here is what Mr. Bittman has to say about his kitchen. I don't think I am ever going to complain about my kitchen which is about the same size as his!
Truly he's right. I sometimes (not often) think fondly of the teeny tiny 5X4 closet kitchen from an apartment Tom and I had long ago. My problem is totally me, not the equipment. :) LOL!

I love this post. I read the article, too. Great! I totally agree. I used to have an art teacher who told me, it's not the tools. Rembrandt could make a good drawing with a burnt stick, and of course he's right. Excellent lesson.
